Warranty:
All products purchased from COMPUTER 2000 are covered by 30 day warranty and are eligible for Manufacturers Maintenance Agreement unless otherwise specified.
Returns:
If a warranty product is found to be defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must notify COMPUTER 2000 by telephone within 3 days of delivery at (949) 499-7482, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, PST or you may e-mail us at SALES@COMP2K.com
Return merchandise must be packed in the original shipping material with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. All Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA date. Freight on all returns must be PREPAID. In order to return a product to COMPUTER 2000, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from COMPUTER 2000. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box being returned. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused and will therefore cause a delay in processing your return and credit.
